In compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), all personal health information, or Protected Health Information/PHI, will be encrypted when it is transmitted to OrthoMaryland. Every precaution, within reasonable limits, has been taken to protect this information, ensuring that it will be viewed only by authorized OrthoMaryland staff upon submission.
